Before the Hike
Route assessment, supplier confirmation, participant registration, emergency contacts, packing guidance and weather review.
During the Hike
Safety briefing, pace groups, guide coordination, hydration reminders, first-aid readiness and participant monitoring.
After the Hike
Participant return confirmation, incident reporting, supplier reconciliation, feedback and corrective action.
Schools & Minors
Written consent, age-appropriate routes, proper supervision, safeguarding and clear handover procedures.
Route Grades

| Level 1 — Gentle | Shorter routes, lower elevation and regular rest points. |
| Level 2 — Moderate | Longer distance or moderate climbs. |
| Level 3 — Challenging | Steep climbs, longer hours or difficult terrain. |
| Level 4 — Expedition | High-altitude, multi-day or specialist-risk activity. |
