All bookings are subject to availability, minimum group requirements, payment deadlines, destination access, route conditions and weather. Customers will receive written details of the event price, inclusions, exclusions, cancellation terms, postponement terms and participant responsibilities before confirmation.
Payments
Public experiences normally require payment before the booking deadline. Private and institutional programmes may require a deposit followed by payment of the balance before the event.
Safety and Changes
GBO Nature Safaris may change, postpone or cancel an activity where safety, weather, access, supplier availability or participant welfare requires it. The applicable refund, transfer or rescheduling arrangement will be communicated in writing.
